Well, when you think about his works, it's not a surprising that he may have been participating in serious gay/S&M scenes. I am not against those scenes and I understand the participant's enthusiasm for them. I know some people in those scenes, and they have the same type of "face" that Mr. Barker has now. It's hard to explain in a few words, but there's some aura. (And wasted face features). Extreme tanning to cover something and enhancement in the body's musculature are also typical in those people. Whatever, I am pretty sure Mr. Barker is taking good medicine. Nowadays, with a proper care, HIV positive people live as long as others (I haven't seen anyone die from AIDS in my personal social network in the last 10 years. It was very different in the 80's and 90's) The HIV virus is not a death sentence any more. Mr Barker, work more and continue to chill our spines, Sir! I totally agree with you.
